1. How can I place an order?Browse our collection, select your preferred size and quantity, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete the payment using your preferred payment method, and you'll receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.
2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?No. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

8. Can I cancel my order?Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

10. What is your return policy?We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

- Unwashed
- In its original packaging

12. When will I receive my refund?Once your returned product passes our quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

14. Are your product colours exactly the same as shown online?We make every effort to display accurate product colours. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography.

16. Will I receive an invoice?Yes. A digital tax invoice will be emailed to your registered email address after your order is confirmed.
